We are recruiting for a full-time permanent receptionist with excellent customer service skills and the ability to multitask in a busy hotel reception.
Hours of work: shift work, 40 hours per week including weekends.
Job Duties: welcome and greet guests, guest reservations, guest check-in/out, online bookings, emails, record keeping and till reconciliation, dealing with general hotel enquiries such as restaurant bookings, initial wedding enquiries, conferences and local area information via telephone, email and face to face.
Qualifications: GCSE Maths and English. Hotel reception experience preferred. Computer experience essential.
