We are looking for someone to manage 3 bar areas in a busy 3* hotel.
Duties include:-

Ensuring a high level of customer service
Managing weekly rotas for the demands of business
Motivating, training and leading a team
Day to day operations in bar, restaurant, wedding and function areas
Liaising with management on a daily basis
Attending weekly management meetings
Creating drink, wine & cocktail menus
Liaising with suppliers for purchases
Stock rotation and stock accounting
Balancing tills and liaising with management

Weekly pay which will be discussed at interview

Full-Time Front Of House Manager

We are looking for someone to manage the hotel front office & reservations.

Duties include:

Ensuring a high level of customer service, dealing with rate revenue, front office sales and OTA’s, dealing with dining and meal enquiries, managing weekly rotas for the demands of business, motivating, training and leading a team, day to day operations in reception and back of house, liaising with management on a daily basis, attending weekly management meetings, liaising with suppliers for stationery purchases, stock levels and stock accounting, balancing tills and liaising with management.

Full-Time Or Part-Time Food & Beverage Operatives

Food & beverage persons required to work in restaurant and bar areas of hotel
Dealing with customer orders for meals and drinks
Working alongside a team of other staff to ensure a high level of customer service is met
Shift work and will include weekend work – but we try to ensure you do not work all weekend shifts, however we recommend you do not apply if you are not available at weekends including Sundays
Minimum or living wage
