Full-Time Bar Supervisor

FULL-TIME BAR SUPERVISOR

Applicants should have previous bar/restaurant experience and have knowledge of the day to day running of a restaurant and function bar area.

Duties include:- Assisting the bar manager to lead a team of bar staff by example, pitching in to help with drink mixing & table service where necessary.  Creating a welcoming environment for customers. Ensuring consistent, high quality beverages are served to customers.  Dealing with customer feedback and providing adequate solutions to customer complaints. Day to day operations in bar, restaurant , wedding and function areas. Overseeing the cleanliness of the bar area and paying attention to possible health hazards and regulation violations. In the absence of bar managers attend weekly meetings.

Salary – £24-£27K  (Paid weekly).  Shifts – Variation of shifts depending on business demands but generally 11 am – 3 pm & 5pm – end OR 11am – 8 pm/3pm – end/5pm – end  Average 40- 45 hours per week
