We are recruiting for a part-time permanent receptionist to join our wonderful team. Hours of work 20 – 30 hours per week plus holiday cover. Includes variations of shifts 7.30am – 3.30pm | 11.00am – 8.00pm | 3.30pm – 11.30pm | 5.00pm – 1.00am. Experience in similar role preferred but not essential. Duties include: guest reservations, guest check-in/out, online bookings, emails, record keeping and till reconciliation, dealing with general hotel enquiries such as restaurant bookings, initial wedding enquiries, conferences and local area information.
