Worktime: shifts between 7.30am – 3.30pm | 3.30pm – 11.00pm | 10.00am – 8.00pm includes weekend and evening work.
Job Duties: Checking in guests in/out. Taking bookings for hotel accommodation, meals & functions. Communicating hotel products and procedures by phone, email and in person. Processing payments and accounts.
Qualifications/Experience: GCSE level Maths & English or equivalent. Computer experience is essential. Previous hotel reception experience preferable.
