A red carpet will be at the front door for you and your guests arrival.
Tea and coffee is complimentary on your arrival for all guests. You can provide your own shortbread oralternatively we can provide it at a cost of £0.25 p.p.
Floral arrangements will be provided for all tables.
A choice of ivory or white linen napkins and cloths is provided or alternatively, where possible, we can organise paper napkins to match your chosen colour scheme.
Cake knife and stand (A choice of three stands are available) Swan, S Shape or Square Base.
The hotel management will be happy to assist with any speeches & toasts to ensure that the proceedings of the day are conducted in a relaxed atmosphere. (Master of Ceremony can also be arranged at an extra cost).
Changing rooms will be provided for the bridal party to change for the evening party.
For bookings of 30 guests or more our bridal suite will be complimentary on the night of the wedding.
For any guests wishing to stay in the hotel, a reduction of 20% will be given on the night of the wedding or for anyone staying in the Lodge Travelstop 10% discount will be given.
