Booking procedure
A provisional booking may be made and held for two weeks, a deposit of £200.00 will be required to confirm your booking. An approximate number of guests attending your wedding should be furnished when the initial booking is made. A revised number is requested one month in advance and final numbers must be confirmed at least 24 hours in advance. The final figure is the minimum number of meals for which you will be invoiced.
Final details
These should be made 3-4 weeks prior to your wedding date. Please telephone and make an appointment with our management for a suitable date and time.

Accommodation
If you have guests requiring overnight accommodation, we would advise that rooms are reserved well in advance of your reception, particularly in High season (June -September). 50% deposit will be required per room to confirm each booking. For accommodation bookings we will be happy to deal on a "one-to-one" with the guest, so you don't have that worry as well.
Entertainment
Monday - Thursday: Music and Bar until midnight (unless prior arrangements made with hotel)
Friday & Saturday: Music and Bar until 1.00 a.m.
Payment
All accounts must be settled prior to your departure from the hotel. A charge of 5% will be made on all payments made by credit card.
