FULL TIME HEAD CHEF
Applicants must have the ability to quickly and authoritatively delegate job tasks to their team. They must also be able to draw upon their considerable experience as a culinary chef in order to effectively coach and mentor junior chefs.
Must have experience in operating and managing 2 seperate kitchen areas to ensure the smooth running of day to day business.
Applicants must have previous kitchen management experience in purchasing, haccp, food hygiene, menu planning, food presentation, staff management, rotas, holidays etc.
Applicants should also have the experience to work in different areas of hotel such as bistro, functions, carvery and dining room.
