Assistant Restaurant Manager – Part-time or Full Time
Hours: Part Time 20 or Full Time 40 hours per week approx (will include split shifts Monday – Sunday)
Job Duties: Overseeing the running of 2 restaurants and 5 conference/function suites, from setting up to clearing down. Ensuring customer service is maintained at a high level. Assisting Restaurant Manager with staffing levels on a day to day basis. Helping to manage stock levels & spillages in and around food service & store areas.
Qualifications: Must have previous management/supervisory experience in hotel/restaurant. Excellent customer service skills, Basic Food & Hygiene Certificate essential, silver service experience preferred but not essential. Advanced Food Hygiene Certificate & Wine & Spirit Certificate preferable but not essential.
