The Lodge Hotel is a 3* property situated in Coleraine. The hotel has 56 bedrooms with 7 conference/banqueting suites and 3 restaurant areas.   We currently employ over 100 staff and can cater for 1000+ guests on occasions throughout the hotel.

Assistant Restaurant Manager - Part-time/Permanent

Salary: To be discussed at interview

Hours: 20 (split shifts Monday - Sunday)

Job Duties: Overseeing the running of a busy restaurant. Preparing staff rotas in the absence of the Restaurant Manager. Managing stock levels & spillages in and around food service & store areas.

Qualifications: Must have previous management/supervisory experience in a busy hotel/restaurant setting. Excellent customer service skills, Basic Food & Hygiene Certificate essential, silver service food experience, advanced hygiene certificate & Wine & Spirit certificate preferable but no essential.
